What we will cover

Sales Team

  • We will review day-to-day sales todos, processes and communication.  We will evaluate the knowledge and skills of the Sales team when using the tools they are provided.

Management

  • We will review concerns from management with sales speed and tools.  We will review the CRM usage and manager todos as well as what tools they could use to close higher percentages.

Internet Department

  • We will review leads, responses and response times.  We will review all lead providers and email communication to customers.  Spot key areas of improvement, speed as well as accuracy.

3rd Party Integrations

  • We will review the 3rd party integrations that are being used and not used.  Look for redundancy and issues.  We will also find ways to improve usage and functionality. 

CRM Usage

  • We will review todos, reports and automated processes. Duplicate leads and customers.  Mobile apps, process speed and missing opportunities or concerns.

Sales Process

  • We will verify speed from start to finish for both the sales team and the customer.  Look for ways to modernize and clean up the communication and sales process.

Phone Calls – $50

  • We will look into the calls you have recorded.  Evaluate and provide material for training.  Evaluate the phone system to CRM process and make suggestions.

Marketing – $50

  • We will review current marketing efforts.  Using reports, google analytics and goals we will verify leads are being produced.  Internet, Phone and Walk-in traffic.

Website – $50

  • We will look and see how your website functions on both desktop and mobile.  Are things easy to find and suggest minor changes for a better customer experience?
